Has my order shipped?

To view your Order Status, you must first login to access your account. This ensures that your private information will be secure. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

If the order was placed as a guest, without being signed in, you can check on the order status here.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Please note that once an order has begun processing, or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?

Track your order from the moment it ships to the moment it arrives. It will take at least one business day for your order to display.

My order never arrived.

Track your order status and see if all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment.

If an item is missing from your shipment, be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped, as some items may be shipped separately. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from the supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product, but as soon as we do we will promptly process your shipment.
